Resignation letter
I wave the white flag!! Surrender!
Dear Directors,
I hereby resign from my post as Asst. HR Manager w.e.f. 28 April 2009. As per contractual terms, I will serve 2 weeks notice.
My reasons for resigning are:
1. the asst. admin manager snatches my work to do. ie. i do not get to book the airtickets
2. she attempts to help out with sourcing for insurance quotes
3. she gives me the letters from the mailbox 1 week late. this has caused much inconvenience to the accounting work.
4. the asst. admin manager can do all things and i believe she will be the best person to keep in the company. I am not able to work with her as our jobs are interconflicting.
Therefore, all else, amongst these above reasons have caused me an unpleasant time at work. Before I leave, I will still attempt to clear the bottleneck that has chalked up caused by your loyal asst. admin manager.
Thank you for the opportunities that you have given me and I have learnt alot during this short stint. Thank you once again for your guidance and I wish your company all the best.
P/S: Mr. Project Director, please do tattoo all your important passwords. For no other employee in the future will remember your email password.
