Taipei (Part2) Soph's bargaining skills

Let me rewind back to Day 4 night. We went to WuFenPu as Jen has also mentioned.
Walked around quite abit and i managed to find a top from this store managed by 2 taiwanese guys. The price was NT390 but since it was the last piece hanging, he decided to give me a discount to NT300. Then i was thinking, argh, give me more discount! So i opened my mouth and replied in mandarin, NT250 can or not?

Anywayz, on Day 6, we had the morning and early afternoon to shop before returning to our hotel for the airport transfer bus. I chanced upon this shop at XiMenDing that sold bags and other stuff. I went in, looked at the bags while this salesgirl served me. I kinda ignored her initially because I wasnt sure if I would buy any. Then I saw this green bag that caught my eye. She was willing to discount it by NT40 i think. My response was to discount by another NT90. She was saying ooh cant do that. this bag is new blah blah. So i just turned away and headed for the door. This other salesgirl approached me and said okay, I'll give it to you for this price since you're the first customer today blah blah. HAHAA have I finally understood and practiced the art of bargaining? whahahaha

I realised that during our trip at any time when we stopped by a store, more people would come too! like what you call in chinese, zhao cai mao. Fortune cat! whahaha nonsensical.. .
