Haven't gotten a good rest for a long time
It's been a month since I saw my maro members...Sobz

I seriously do not understand G*vernment Hospitals...
They do not have enough staffs and yet they do not want to employ more staffs...
They complain that SG people do not want to be nurses and yet there are new graduates who are jobless or an example; Me -- who was jobless for 6months after graduation before Im now

My energy has been drain finish by work...
Weekly I will have to go on two nights and rest 2 days...
It seems alright and pleasing to hear to many people...Is only 2 nights...
But constantly having to change your sleeping times and getting use to the 3 rotating shift is getting unbearable...

Reason: Not enough staffs to run the ward for 3 rotating shift
The ADN, all she ever does is to take our staff out from the ward
The manager, having headache doing the duty roster...
MC rates highest for our ward -- who do we blame?

Cant blame us nurses -- seriously!!!
We are working with 4-5 staffs for am & pm shifts daily and 3-4 staffs for night duty
And taking care of 28patients
And the worst -- we ve to take care of some private, arrogant & selfish "A" Class
AND, to be suay enough, we ve to work with doctors who are either sotongs or a MCP

Im having Insomia...

Recently, Ive to be on medications to sleep...
I also developed weird rashes all over my body...
Went to see doctor 2 times, cannot be diagnosed...
In the end, I went to see a skin specialist.

He told me I was having some hormonal changes in the body.
Because the change in its pattern was too fast for my body to react, rashes develops...
Being stress and not enough sleep are one of the reasons for its change...
And this irritating rashes will last me a minimum of 6weeks...
And Ive to be on antibiotic for 6weeks...
If it doesnt get better, he allows me to take another few weeks of antibiotics...

My maros should know me...
Since secondary school life i refused to take antibiotics course of its effects...
Now, Ive to take antibiotics so often...
Feel so frustrated...Scratching and typing at the same time...
And the anti-itch medications makes me drowsy and very irritable...

Feel like taking a few days leave to rest and escape from r/s problems...
Too bad...
Annual leave has been fully packed since smart collegues booked them first...
Dont know when I can have a good rest...
