As you all already know by now, Mei and I call our families roasted pork family. Ridiculous traditional thinking with ridiculous atrocious ideas. Like the very basic concept of our room. Why we even refuse to put in effort in planning or buying our furnitures when we shifted houses.
1. We have no say.
Anyway, my shelf collapsed yesterday night so I'm penning out this entry out of pure frustration for their stupidity in buying furnitures. The room is already small enough and yet thanks to their arrangement and furniture selection, my room is even smaller.
I was also whining to Kiki about blaming UO* for all their study guides, examination report and notes that I have no space in my room and my shelf collapsed and broke my beloved imported CD. Seriously, just break all the brown tables and cabinets and let everything collapse, I will be happier to get new nicer non-brown furnitures. I'm attempting to get rid of the TV in my room now to make space for my books.
No SCV, and with the power of internet and streaming tv, my tv has come to no use. Might as well get rid of it.
2. Walls might be light colored and lights must be white.
Traditional roasted pork family like white walls white lights. TV cannot be hang on the wall to save space. It is against their rules and flexibility. The bed must also be in the middle of the room to "make more space".
I have the temptation to spray paint my brown tables, brown shelves, brown cabinets to white or something.
Initially the idea of moving to a new room, I wanted a black and white theme. But somehow the idea of a white table came across as being 'ridiculous' to them.
Might as well just shift the bed to the living room. I don't give a damn.
One day I'll invite you all over to my room to laugh at the stupidity and uglyness of it. Haha. I'm tempted to post pictures up of my room to mock every corner of it. But, nevermind, see it for yourself will be a nicer experience.
ARGHH... Roasted Pork sucks!
